Small, numbered batches
Every run is cooked in small quantities, not mass-produced — what you taste is close to what left the stove.

Cinder Orchard is a part-time, prelaunch hot sauce project out of Portland — small kitchen batches of chilies and orchard fruit, slow-built over real heat. We're getting ready for our first season at local farmers markets and online.
Cinder Orchard began as a side project: charring peppers and Pacific Northwest orchard fruit down to something with real heat and real depth, in batches small enough to taste every one. We're based in Portland, Oregon, building this brand one market table at a time before we ever call it a company.
Every run is cooked in small quantities, not mass-produced — what you taste is close to what left the stove.
Our approach starts with chilies and local orchard fruit, balanced over slow heat instead of vinegar shortcuts.
We're growing this brand at farmers markets and local events before it lives anywhere else — the fastest way to hear what people actually want.
Cinder Orchard is preparing to show up at Portland-area farmers markets and local events. We haven't locked our first schedule yet — join the list below and we'll tell you the moment we do.
Leave your email and we'll write when the first batch is ready and where to find us at the market. No spam — just batch news and market dates.
